Payments

Customers may pay by secure online payment or by bank transfer.

Where online payments are made, payment card information is processed securely by our third-party payment processing provider. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Where payments are made by bank transfer, we retain payment records only as necessary for accounting, tax and business administration purposes.

Electronic Agreements

To confirm bookings, we may send hire agreements and other documents for electronic signature using a secure third-party electronic document signing service.

Signed agreements are securely stored and retained as part of our business records for the period necessary to administer bookings and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

General enquiries that do not become bookings are normally retained for up to 12 months.
